Thank you for choosing SDF Bird Proofing Services. Below is all you need to know about our shipping and delivery process within the UK.
- Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If there are any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.
- Delivery Options & Charges
We offer standard delivery across the UK.
- Standard Delivery: Estimated 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Delivery Charges: £4.99
- Free Standard Delivery: for orders over £175
- Click & Collect
We also offer Click & Collect for your convenience. You can collect your order directly from us after we notify you that it is ready.

- Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that standard delivery orders may not have tracking.
- Missed or Lost Deliveries
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office first. If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us at stefonfarwell@yahoo.com or call 07983 772849 and we will assist you.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
